This innovative project introduces a low-cost, 3D-printed prosthetic hand tailored for children with upper limb deficiencies. What sets this design apart is its integration of a sensory feedback interface, enhancing both functionality and user experience beyond traditional prosthetics.

Open access design files enable easy replication and customization, harnessing the capabilities of 3D printing technology. Validation testing confirms the effectiveness of the sensory feedback interface, enhancing users' sense of ownership and making the prosthetic an extension of the body rather than a tool.

Moreover, a unique "piano hand" feature adds creativity to the experience, enabling users to produce musical notes by touching different fingers with a simple click of a button. This distinctive functionality enhances the prosthetic's appeal, elevating it from a standard medical tool to a dynamic and engaging device.

By openly sharing the design online, this project fosters ongoing research in prosthetic sensory feedback, paving the way for further advancements in functionality and quality of life.
